With a Masters in Career Counseling & Development, Jessica offers her clients keen insights and a seasoned guiding hand. Her past experience included managing a team of 15+ recruiters, with responsibility for 22 states, 405 facilities, 50+ monthly hires, and 200 open positions. Jessica received her Master of Science in Career Counseling & Development and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento.
